Our Best-Selling Breakfast Items

When it comes to wholesome, tasty dishes, you know we’ve got you covered! It’s no surprise that these breakfast items are well-loved, fan favorites. When you combine whole, healthy ingredients with passionate cooks and creators, the results can be nothing less than delicious, filling recipes like these!

One of our very top sellers is this Avocado Toast. A thick slice of sourdough bread from a local, small business toasted and topped with butter, mashed avocado, salt + pepper, herb goat cheese, and arugula microgreens. Add an egg for extra protien and long-lasting satisfaction!

Not only is this a quick, delicious breakfast, it is packed full of the combined benefits of it’s ingredients. Sourdough can improve gut health and is a good source of multiple nutrients; avocado provides fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants; and microgreens lower inflamation, boost the immune system, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.

Another favorite is our Cajun Breakfast Sandwich. 2 eggs, bacon, swiss cheese, spinach, avocado, onions, and our own house-made mayo all piled between local-business Jammin Bagels sourdough cajun bagels (aka the best bagels ever!)

This is the perfect protien-packed, hand-held breakfast for a busy morning that will keep you full and running all day. The bagel does have a bit of a kick – which we love – but if spice isn’t your thing, ask to switch it out for a plain bagel or your choice of bread.

Our last featured dish for today is a personal favorite, and it’s no surprise so many others love it too! The Midwest Breakfast Bowl is packed full of roasted sweet potatoes, bacon, sausage, onions, peppers, spinach, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and green onions. The sweet potatoes are oven-oven roasted with olive oil and seasonings, the veggies are sauted in a cast iron skillet, and the eggs are scrambled in butter. Then everything get combined into one magical dish. And the secret ingredient that takes it to the next level? A drizzle of maple syrup over everything!

Sweet potatoes are packed full of nutrients, can enhance brain function, and may support the immune system. Eggs, bacon, and sausage combine to provide a good amount of protien. And spinach is a good source of fiber and provides many vitamins and minerals. All things considered, this breakfast packs a powerful punch, both in flavor and nutrition!
