Spring has Sprung!

We are so excited that warm weather and sunshine is finally on the way, and we can’t wait to share our new spring specials!

The spring menu is a celebration of bright colors and bold flavors – of course, always house made with natural ingredients.

First up on the menu is the Whipped Peanut Butter Mocha. Our organic espresso is combined with peanut butter, house made chocolate sauce, whipped half + half, and mil. A delicious combination of silky textures and rich flavors, its the perfect self-care treat!

The Lavender Ube Matcha* is up next. Organic matcha sweetened with house made lavender syrup and topped with vanilla ube cold foam. This is the perfect picture of spring – vibrant colors and fresh, natural flavors.

If you are unfamiliar with ube, it is a purple yam that originates in the Phillipines. Keep an eye out for a future blog post that talks all about it!

Spring drink number 3 is a Salted Coconut Latte. Organic espresso, house made salted coconut syrup, and your choice of milk. This can be served hot or iced, but it is the perfect cozy, hot drink for the still-chilly spring days that are sure to stick around for a while!

Mint Macchiato is next in line. A beautiful layered latte made with organic espresso, house made mint syrup, and your milk of choice. This can be served hot or iced, but we think it’s perfectly refreshing over ice.

And finally, the last drink on our spring menu is the Blackberry Basil Spritzer. Our house made blackberry basil syrup with sparkling water served over ice. Fruity, sparkling, cold, and refreshing – what more can you ask for?!
